Each item is listed with a price including VAT. In the Checkout you can see the total price including VAT, any fees and deducted discounts. Payment terms are stated in the shopping cart depending on the payment method chosen. Ordering and paying via glamofsweden.se is safe and easy. Every completed and approved order automatically generates an order confirmation. The most common reason for not receiving an order confirmation is that you have accidentally provided an incorrect email address when placing the order or that the order confirmation has automatically been sorted into Spam.

Deliveries

In most cases, delivery is made by post as soon as the order has been received by us. Shipping costs depend on the country to which delivery is to be made. Please note that when ordering from a country outside the EU, import duties may be added to certain goods. It is important that the correct postal address for the specified postal code is specified, as well as any c/o address and apartment number. Deliveries that are returned to us due to an incomplete address will be charged a new shipping fee before delivery to the correct address is made. Right of withdrawal

If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must let us know within 14 days of receiving the products in question, in accordance with the Distance Contracts Act. It is appropriate to contact us via email info@glamofsweden.se. In order for your return to be approved, the product must be unopened, unused and in its original packaging with accompanying packaging. Opened or used makeup, skin care and hygiene products are not returned for hygienic reasons. In this way, we can guarantee that all our customers purchase an untouched and fresh product. You as the customer are responsible for the risk of return shipping, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during shipping back to us. Pack well! Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or if we have packed it incorrectly. Returns must be sent as a letter or parcel, not cash on delivery. In the case of exchanges, we will pay the new shipping from us to you. If you have exercised your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the goods as soon as possible or at the latest within 30 days from the day we received the goods. You must pay the return costs yourself when you return the goods. We always pay the return costs for sending back so-called replacement goods.
