Right of Withdrawal
If you regret your purchase or any product from your order, you must notify us within 14 days of receiving the products, in accordance with the Swedish Distance Contracts Act.

Conditions for an approved return
- The product must be unopened, unused, and in its original packaging with all accompanying materials.
- Opened or used makeup, skincare, and hygiene products cannot be returned for hygienic reasons. This ensures that all our customers receive untouched and fresh products.
Return Shipping and Responsibility
- As the customer, you are responsible for the risk during return shipping, which includes the risk of the product being damaged or lost during transit back to us.
- Please pack the product carefully!
- Returns are at your own expense unless the product is defective or we have made an error in packing.
- Returns should be sent as letters or parcels, not as cash on delivery.
Exchanges
- We will cover the shipping cost for sending the replacement item to you.
Refunds
- If you exercise your right of withdrawal, we will refund the amount you paid for the product as soon as possible, but no later than 30 days from the day we received the product.
- You are responsible for the return shipping cost when sending the product back.
- We will always cover the return shipping cost for sending replacement items.
