Shipping Policy

Thank you for visiting and shopping at Glam of Sweden. The following are the terms that constitute our shipping policy.

 Order Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Under certain circumstances, such as experiencing a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed. If there will be a significant delay in the delivery of your order, we will contact you via email or phone.

 Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

- Shipping within Sweden: 25 SEK 

- Other Nordic countries: 45 SEK 

- Other European countries: 5 Euros 

 

Estimated Delivery Time

- Orders placed before 2 PM are shipped the same day. 

  - Delivery within other Nordic countries: 5–7 business days. 

  - Delivery within other European countries: 5–7 business days. 

 

Shipping Confirmation & Order Tracking

You will receive an email notification once we have shipped your order.

 

Customs Duties & Taxes

Glam of Sweden is not responsible for any customs duties or taxes applied to your order. Any fees incurred during or after shipping are the customer’s responsibility (tariffs, taxes, etc.).

 

Deliveries

Orders are normaly shipped via post as soon as they are received. Shipping costs depend on the destination country. It is important to provide the correct postal code and city. Deliveries that fail due to incorrect/incomplete addresses will incur a new shipping fee before re-shipment to the correct address. 

 

Uncollected Packages

For any uncollected packages, we reserve the right to charge you for return shipping, handling, and administrative fees, currently 150 SEK.

 

We deliver to all EU countries, Norway, and the USA.

 

Damages

We will take all necessary measures to ensure your order arrives in the same condition as when it left us. However, Glam of Sweden is not responsible for damaged or lost products during shipping. If your order arrives damaged, please contact info@glamofsweden.se, and we will respond as quickly as possible with a solution. Please save all packaging materials and damaged items before filing a claim.

Question: Do you ship internationally? 

Answer: Yes, we currently ship within the EU, Norway, and the USA. 

 

Question: How quickly will my order be shipped? 

Answer: We strive to process and ship all orders within 24 hours after the order is placed (business days, Monday to Friday). 

 

Question: What is the delivery time? 

Answer: Delivery time depends on the destination and the selected shipping method. Please refer to the "shipping method" section when placing your order. 

 

Question: Will I receive a notification when my order is shipped? 

Answer: Yes, you will receive email notifications when your order is processed and shipped. 

 

Question: Do I need to pay for return shipping if I decide to return or exchange an item? 

Answer: Yes, you will need to pay for return shipping if you wish to return or exchange an item. All necessary return shipping information can be found on the packing slip (sent via email upon delivery) or in the refund policy on the website. In the case of an exchange, we will cover the shipping cost for the replacement item to be sent back to you. 

 

Question: What should I do if I receive an incorrect or damaged item? 

Answer: If we have sent an incorrect or damaged item, we are happy to replace it with a new one. In such cases, please contact us via email at info@glamofsweden.se. Note that this guarantee is valid for 1 month from the order date, provided the item is unused and sealed. 

 

Question: Are all items on your website in stock? 

Answer: Yes, all items that can be added to the shopping cart are in stock in Sweden. Our website also does not allow you to order more products than we have in stock. Occasionally, rare stock errors may occur, leading to items being out of stock. In these rare cases, we will contact you directly.
